Parenting Avenue will help you to thrive in new motherhood. Our Mama & Me groups come in two different formats, the first is a 6 week session, consisting of 75 minute group meetings, and the other is a hybrid format great for if/when you go back to work where there is a combination of in-person weekend meetings and virtual weekday evening meetings. Either way our groups will set you up to thrive. All the babies in your new mom support group will be born within 10-14 weeks of each other, so you and your new friends will experience every stage together, creating a solid bond.
Our groups are led by licensed psychotherapists who specialize in family and perinatal counseling. We will also have guest speakers—skilled professionals who can answer your questions about sleep, tummy time, bonding, feeding, childcare, babyproofing your marriage, and much, much more!

Group Rates range from $285-325, with an early sign up discount that you’ll get in your email once a group is announced! So once you get a confirmation email, add us to your contacts, so you don’t miss an announcement! We accept HSA & FSA cards and also offer payment plans. If you are interested in a payment plan, let us know and we can set it up.
