Growing Families
This meeting is a two hour afternoon event for parents considering (or working on) expanding their families. We want to set you up for success and give you all the tools you need not just to survive as a family with a new baby but to thrive! Our group facilitators will guide you through the emotional and mental health shifts of transitioning to a family of multiple children; our guest speakers will help you, your partner and your firstborn prepare for the newest addition.

Mommy & Me
Meet other new moms, get advice from peers and licensed professionals, share your ups & downs, get & give validation, leave feeling refreshed and prepared to take on another day.

Daddy & Me
Share the ups and downs of new fatherhood with dads like you, and get invaluable advice from a licensed professional! With evening and weekend classes to fit your schedule.

A place to bond with your partner and with other couples experiencing the same challenges and triumphs. Share your stories, feel heard and validated, get advice—and your baby get’s to make new friends too!
